Reservation Policy

1. To complete the reservation process, you are required to provide a 30% deposit of the total amount. The amount can easily be deposited to our bank account and then all you must do is inform us about the deposit via e-mail or phone.
2. Check in time – 15:00 | Check out time – 11:00

Cancellation Policy

1. If you cancel your booking 22 days prior to the date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded (please, note that any additional costs would have to be covered).
2. Your deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival.

Customer Obligations 

1. The remaining balance is to be paid immediately upon arrival at Issalos Studios.
2. In case you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are requested to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you were scheduled in accordance with provisions in the law of Article 8 N1652/86/ GG 167 A.

Pricing  

1. Children under 2 years old are not charged.
